摘要
青南高原是青海乃至全国生态环境最脆弱区之一。在分析其生态环境特征后 ,针对存在问题提出了以科技为先导 。
Southern Qinghai Plateau is one of the fragile region in ecotope which relates to Qinghai Province so far as to the whole country. After having analysed the characteristics in ecotope of South Qinghai Plateau,some recommendtions, such as to take science and technology as forerun ner and to lay egual stress on protection and development are presented in accordance with the existing problems.
