摘要
本文介绍了用Delphi5.0开发房屋共有建筑面积分摊系统的过程,分析了房屋共有建筑面积分摊的基本原理,给出了部分计算程序,对Delphi5.0中一些常用组件的使用技巧作了说明。
This paper recounts the process of developing, with Delphi 5.0, a sharing system of joint construction area of room, analyzing the rationale of sharing joint construction area of room, offering some steps of calculation, and explaining how to use some common components of Delphi 5.0.
