摘要
西部大开发给甘肃高等教育改革与发展带来机遇和挑战。要解放思想、更新观念 ,要依法行政、改变职能 ,积极稳妥地推动高等教育各项改革 ,积极引进人才 ,实现人才资源的合理配置 ,才能促进甘肃高等教育大发展。
The exploitation of the west has brought great opportunities and challenges to the reforms and development of higher education in Gansu province. Institutions of higher learning should be open minded, renew their ideology, improve their function and conduct administration by law. Only by introducing talents, realizing reasonable allocation of talent resources and carrying out all dimensional reforms can we speed up the development of higher education in Gansu.
