摘要
本文阐述了以德治校的重要性 ;提出了强化德育系统 ;优化德育环境 ;提高教师的德育素质是以德治校的重要途径。
In this paper, the author attaches importance to administering institution of higher learning with moral integrity and proposes strengthening the social moral system and the moral encironment, Enhancing the moral guality of the teachers is the important part of running instieution of higher learning.
