摘要
本文主要论述了“以德治国”与“以法治国”的关系 ,以及当前强调“以德治国”的重要性 ,指出“以德治国”必须与“依法治国”相结合 ;“以德治国”并非是以“德治”来代替“法治” ,其目的是要真正强化和实现“法治”。
This article deals with the relations of 'goveining the country with vitrue' and 'running the country according to laws'. 'Governing the country with virtue' is very important today. That we emphasis 'governing the country with virtue' is not that put the virtue in place of laws. Our aims is to insist and make 'running the country according to laws' come true. cadres should be worthy of their names.
