摘要
庞德是众多来华的外国法律人士之一,其来华后对当时中国的法制建设提出了很多有益的建议。从1946至1948庞德发表了很多关于中国法律的现状及改革的报告和论述,这些文章是以法律教育为主线和核心。他的法律教育思想在来华的外国法律人士之中显得尤为突出,今天我们研究他的法律教育思想对我国当代法律教育不无借鉴之处。
Roscoe Pound is one of foreign law counselors in China . He has offered many beneficial suggestions for development of the law of China. From 1946 to 1948, he delivered many reports and dissertations on the law actuality and reform of China, which masterstroke was law education. His ideas of law education are outstanding and meaningful for us to study it.
