摘要
本文通过分析《巴塞尔协议》的演变过程及国际银行业风险管理的最新进展,结合我国金融业经营管理的现状,对如何完善和创新我国的金融监管体系进行了有益的探讨。
The theme mainly analyzes the evolution of capital contract and the latest perfection of risk management in international banks by Ba Sai Er Committee ,introduces the current situation and refoming measures about our country抯 financial businesses and researches the establishment,perfection and creation of financial supervision systems in our country.
