摘要
法治的实现有赖于法治要素的具备,而完善相应的程序有助于法治要素的满足。现阶段我们应通过对立法、行政和司法三方面程序的完善来实现对我国法治建设的程序保障。即通过完善立法程序来保证我们创制的法律符合法治要求;通过完善行政程序来督促行政机关依法行政;通过完善司法程序来实现司法公正。
The realization of rule by law depends on the possessing of the elements of rule of law, and perfecting corresponding procedures will help us to possess the elements of rule of law. In order to secure China抯 construction of rule of law, we ought to perfect legislative procedure, administrative procedure and judicial procedure.
