摘要
目的 :探讨瑞易宁对 2型糖尿病病人血清胰岛素样生长因子 1(IGF 1)的影响。方法 :IGF 1由IRMA法测定。糖尿病病人空腹血清IGF 1与对照组比较 ,瑞易宁治疗前后IGF 1水平比较。结果 :糖尿病组治疗前IGF1 1水平较对照组下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,经瑞易宁治疗 4周后IGF 1水平升高。结论 :瑞易宁可改善 2型糖尿病病人血清IGF 1的水平。
Objective:To study the effect of glucotrol XL(glipizide extended release tablets)on levels of serum insulin like growth factor(IGF1 1)in type Ⅱ diabetes.Methods:To detect the serum levels of IGF1 1 in type Ⅱ diabetes patients and in controls after treatment with glucotrol XLon for 4 weeks.IGF1 1 was measured by IRMA.Results:At the Beginning of treatment, the serum level of IGF1 1 in diabetes was lower as compared with that in controls( P <0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, serum IGF1 1 tended to increase. Conclusion: The treatment of type Ⅱ diabetes with glucotrol XL may elevate the levels of serum IGF1 1.
