摘要
阐述了《普通高等院校学生管理规定》中关于“在校学习期间擅自结婚而未办理退学手续的学生 ,作退学处理”规定的违宪性和违法性以及当前赋予在校大学生结婚自由权的必要性和可行性。
The essay elaborates on the illegality and unconstitutionality of one provision in 'The Administrative Provision for College Students' (Those who get married without authorization and do not go through the procedure of leaving school should be forced to leave school as punishment.) and necessity & feasibility of vesting the freelom of marriage in undergraduates.
