摘要
本文以WTO法律体系框架内的投资协议为依据,分析了南京现行外资立法及其实施所存在的缺陷与不足,并着重提出了在WTO规制下完善南京涉外投资法律环境的具体建议。
The thesis,on the basis of the relate d provisions on foreign investment within the framework of WTO system,conducts an analysis on the drawback s and deficiency of the current foreign investment legislation of Nanjin g.Then,the author focused on bringing forth suggestio ns on how to perfect the foreign investment law of Nanjing in light of the WT O regulations.
