摘要
在电生理实验中,经常需要实时提取动作电位的峰峰间期等时间序列并存储下来以便于进一步分析研究。利用计算机采样,实现了电生理实验的原始波形、放电频率、心电R-R间期、动作电位峰峰间期(interspike interval,ISI)的实时显示和存储。该系统可以应用于多种电生理实验记录及分析,特别适用于非线性方法对电生理实验时间序列数据的要求。
We set up a digital system to get nonlinear information form bioelectricity for adapting to the use of nonlinear method in electrophysiology. The system can display and record original signals , firing frequency, R-R interval and interspike interval ( ISI) in time. So can be used in electrophysiological experiment, especially fit for the requirement of nonlinear method used in electro-physiology.
