摘要
本文论述了信访工作对于维护社会稳定的重要意义 ,分析了诸如重复上访等影响稳定因素的成因和种种表现 ,并提出预防对策。
The thesis tells the important meaningfulness of the work of complaint letter and visit to the protection of social steadiness. It analyzes the causes and all kinds of representation of the repetitive complaint letter and visit and gives the prevention.
