摘要
分析了数控展成电解加工成形规律研究的必要性,对展成电解加工进给运动进行分析简化,提出一种在工程中实用的加工间隙计算方法,并对实际求解结果和试验结果进行比较验证,用此研究结果指导数控编程。
The necessity of studying the shaping rule of NC electrochemical contour evolution machining with linear cathode is analyzed. The machining feed movement is simplified, and a feasible calculating method for machining gap is given. The theoretical and experimental results are analyzed and verified, and good application effect is obtained.
