摘要
目的 建立一种硫酸阿托品滴眼液的含量测定方法。方法 BaSO4比浊法。结果 硫酸阿托品在 0 .0 386～ 0 .2 70 2mg·ml-1 (r=0 .9998)范围内 ,吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系。方法平均回收率 10 1.3% ,RSD为 1.59%。结论 方法稳定、简便易行、快速准确 。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of Atropine Sulfate Eye Drops.Methods The content of Atropine Sulfate in Atropine Sulfate Eye Drops can be determined by BaS04 Turbidimetry. The detection wave length was 720nm. Results The calibration curves is linear in the range of 0.0386～0.2702mg·ml -1 ( r =0.9998) for Atropine Sulfate. The average recovery was 101.3% with RSD of 1.59% ( n =6). Conclusions The method is feasible, fast and accurate, and can be used for quality control of pharmacy.
