摘要
《医疗事故处理条例》开始实施了 ,可医疗纷纷还会存在下去。我们在解决医疗纠纷时 ,要注意“解除疑虑、清除误解” ,要有“耐心、细心、诚心、,同情心” ,要认真地“听、看、查、办” ,公平公正公开地处理医疗纠纷 ,不偏不倚。要识大体、顾大局。
The ordinance dealing with the medical accident has been carried into execution. But the medical dissension will still be existence. We must pay more attention to dispel misgivings and clear up the misunderstandings when we solve the medical dissension. We need to take the patience, the carefulness, the wholeheartedness and the sympathy. We must be attention to heard, look, investigate and solve the medical dissension. We should solve the medical dissension with the equity, the impartiality and the publicity, without any partiality. We have the cardinal principles in mind and take the overall situation into account, in order to avoid the happening of the serious incident in the medical dissension.
