摘要
目的 探讨肠梗阻的CT表现特征。方法 回顾性分析肠梗阻的CT表现及临床资料 ,将CT表现与手术结果进行对照分析。结果 12例肠梗阻中肠腔内有积气 ,肠管内有积液 ,腹腔内有积液 ,肠管呈圆盘状或腊肠状。结论 根据CT表现并结合临床表现 。
Objective To evaluate CT manifestation character of intestinal obstruction . Methods CT manifestation and clinical data of intestinal obstruction were retrospectively analyzed as compared with the surgical result. Results: Twelve cases with intestinal obstruction was found with intestinal air, intestinal hydrops and hydrops abdominis. The intestinal canal is discal or allantoid in shape. Conclusions According to CT manifestation and combination clinical manifestation, all typical cases can be further diagnosed .
