摘要
中等职业学校的学生具有不同的智力倾向,针对现行的中等职业教育存在的职教观念落后,教学模式没有职教特色等问题,要采取一系列措施进行改革。而以人为本,因材施教是中等职业教育改革的关键。
The students in secondary vocational schools are of different intelligence. A series of measures should be taken to deal with the problems - outdated teaching concept and indifferent teaching modes. The key to the reform of the secondary vocational education is to teach students according to their aptitude with man - centered spirit.
