高压氧吸、排氧装置污染程度与消毒效果观察

摘要 目的:为预防医院内交叉感染的发生和蔓延,对吸、排氧管道进行了消毒前、后的污染情况检测。方法:常规方法消毒前后分别用棉棒对管道内壁涂抹采样,接种普通琼脂培养基,进行污染程度检测。结果:吸、排氧装置连续使用10天排氧管合格率为0,吸氧管、Y型管的合格率分别为30%和20%,消毒后三种管合格率为100%。结论:吸、排氧管道连续使用5天最好消毒一次。 Objective In order to prevent the occurrence and the spread out of cress infection in hospital, the bacteria numbers were examined before and after the disinfection. Methods Samples was taken from the inner wall of the inhalation and exhalation e-quipment before and after disinfection and cultivated for 24 hours at the temperature of 37℃and the numbers of bacteria were checked out. Results The qnalified rates of the inhalation and exhalation equipment, inhalation pipe and 'Y' form pipe were 0,30% and 20% respectively after continuouly used for 10 days whilst the qualified rates of all the equipment were 100% after antimicrobial. Conclusion The equipment in HBO system should be disinfected within 5 days.
