It will be a great mistake to construct oil pipelines if oil resource is not sufficient. Construction of oil pipelines from Russia to the East is in conformity with the principle of highest national interest. It is the optimum choice to build 'Angarsk-Daqing Line' firstly, then 'Angarsk-Nakhodka Line' latter, which accord with not only actual situations, but also economic interests of 5 countries including Russia, China, Japan, Korea and USA.
