摘要
本文从都市的视角分析了二十世纪初上海通俗小说流行的原因并通过对鸳蝴派小说的主题分析,提出鸳蝴派小说反映了都市化进程中矛盾的市民心态这一观点,肯定了这一派小说在这方面的历史意义及由此带来的局限。
this article tries to analyze the causes of the popularization of popular literature in Shanghai in early 20th century. By analyzing the theme of mandarin duck/butterflies love stories school, the article puts forth its opinion that such a school reflected the townspeople's conflicting mentality in the course of urbanization, and further confirms the historical significance and limits brought by this school.
