摘要
劳动分工是专业化协作和作为其结果的劳动生产率相联系的一种生产性制度安排。作者对劳动分工与报酬递增的理论贡献进行了回顾 ,从斯密的古典经济理论 ,到马歇尔的新古典经济理论 ,经过杨格等人发展的新报酬递增和分工理论 ,再到当前的兴起时间不久的新兴古典经济学中的相关理论。强调了收益递增与劳动分工理论的重要作用。
Related with productivity labor specialization is a producing institutional arrangement under cooperation. This paper makes a theoretical review of labor specification and increasing reward, which includes Smith's classical economics, Marshall's neoclassical economics, new increasing reward and specialization developed by Younger and new classical economics. This paper emphasizes the importance of increasing reward and specialization.
