摘要
当前,“包二奶”“养二爷”等婚外情的泛滥,像一种看不见的瘟疫一样,不断侵蚀着社会主义精神文明。为了保护受害配偶的利益,维护平等、和睦、文明的婚姻家庭关系,对于恶意破坏家庭和睦的婚外情现象,应采用法律手段予以遏制。
At present, the spread of extramarital relation such as'chartering a mistress'or 'raising a lover', like an unseen plague, constantly corrodes socialist spiritual civilization. In order to protect the interest of the spouse victim and maintain the equal harmony married family relation, the phenomenon of extramarital relation doing great damage to the family harmony should be restrained by law.
