济钢厚板坯连铸热装直轧工程采用铁水预处理—转炉—精炼—连铸—加热炉—轧机六位一体的连续、高效、快捷的生产工艺,单线紧凑布置,连铸工序采用多项先进技术,使产品质量、生产成本、生产效率得到了优化。
The heavy slab hot direct rolling project of Jigang adopts an whole process including hot metal pretreatment, converter, second refine, continuous casting, heat furnace, rolling mill. Displayed one way and compactly, the process is continuous, high efficient and quick. There are many advance technologies are used in CCM to optimize the produce quality, cost and efficiency.
