摘要
对液压控制系统中常见的液压介质的污染、液压阀的电气故障、液压故障、电磁阀的故障等进行了分析,提出采用故障分析树分析法对液压控制系统进行故障分析,应用逻辑诊断法、溢流阀检测、参数测量、专家系统等方法进行液压控制系统的故障诊断。
Analyzes the hydraulic medium pollution, electric malfunction and hydraulic malfunction of hydraulic valve, the solenoid valve malfunction in the hydraulic system, and puts forward that the malfunction analysis method as tree is adopted to analyze malfunction by the numbers to hydraulic control system, logistic diagnostic, detecting relief valve, parameter measuring, the system of specialist are applied to diagnose malfunction of hydraulic control system.
