莱钢特钢厂对炼钢车间进行改造,采用先进的电炉—精炼—连铸—热装热送短流程替代原电炉—模铸工艺,保证了连铸坯质量稳定,设备运行可靠,达到月产3万t合格连铸坯的生产能力。
The steel-making workshop of the special steel plant of Laigang is transformed to adopt advanced short process of electric arc furnace-LF-CC-hot charging and hot delivery, substituting for original electric arc furnace-mold FC. Then the stable quantity of CC and dependable circulating equipment are guaranteed, and the productivity of qualified CC billet reaches to 30 thousand tons every one month.
