小方坯热送热装工艺在济钢二区的应用

摘要 济钢第二工业区实施连铸坯的热送热装工艺,通过采取严格控制铸坯质量、品种、规格、物流等措施,热送热装温度有明显提高,提高了轧钢成材率,降低了煤气消耗,经济效益显著,年可创直接经济效益91万余元。 The hot charging and direct hot charging process is carried out in No.2 industrial estate of Jigang. By adopting strictly controlling quality of billet, variety, specification and logistics, the temperature of hot charging and direct hot charging is increased obviously, the rolling yield is increased, the gas consumption is reduced, and the direct economic benefit is 9.1 million Yuan annually.
