摘要
电力体制大幅度的改革 ,不仅使电力系统产生巨大的变革 ,同时对高能耗的钢铁企业也带来机遇和挑战。武钢作为特大型企业 ,应加强电力和能源的规划和发展 ,以期实现安全和低成本用电。本文分析了我国电力体制改革的发展趋势 。
The system reform in power industry in a large scale not only produces the enormous changes in the power system, but also brings the opportunity and challenge to the iron and steel enterprise with high energy consumption. As super-huge enterprise, WISCO should strengthen the plan and development of the electricity and energy to reduce the cost of electricity. Combining domestic and Hubei electric situation, some electric countermeasures of WISCO are discussed.
