摘要
每个单位都将工资打到银行卡里,财务部门可将工资单打印出来发给每个职工,手工制作和发放工资单是一项重复且繁琐的工作,并且工资单有时也很难将每个项目说明清楚。本文介绍用WORD 2003的邮件合并功能通过OUTLOOK 2003快速完成工资单的制作并通过电子邮件自动将职工本人的工资单发送给每个职工,为财务工作提供了方便,在此写出来与大家分享。
The payrolls will put all into the bank cards for every organizations and print them to send to each staffs by Financial Dept.The payrolls'issuing and making by manual are a re- peated and tedious task,since the payrolls sometimes are difficult to express clearly in ev- ery items.This paper will use the postal combining function of Word 2003 through Outlook 2003 to accomplish the payrolls' making and send them to each staffs themselves automatically through E-mail,it provides the convenience for financial task,so,here the author write down and share it to our readers.
