摘要
目前,我国高校学报存在的主要问题一是发行量少;二是发表高水平的科研成果比较少,缺乏权威性。问题存在最重要的原因是核心期刊与非核心期刊的刊物分级制度。办好高校学报要做到:准确定位,特色鲜明,扩大稿源,增加经费投入,提高编辑水平。
At present, the major problems of college journals include small circulation, lack of high-level research findings and low authoritativeness. The main reason for that is the classification system for the core journal and non-core journal. To make a successful college journal, we should precisely position, own distinct characters, expend papers sources, increase funds investment and improve editing capability.
