摘要
城市化进程中,农民工受歧视问题日益突出。分割的二元结构、城市观念的排斥、农民素质不高成为农民工受歧视的主要原因。解决农民工受歧视问题,必须加快相关制度配套改革,引导城市改变传统观念,正确认识农民贡献,提高农民自身素质。
The problem of discrimination against migrant workers has become increasingly prominent in the process of urbanization. The major reasons for that are the segmental dual structure, urban concept of exclusion and workers’ low quality. In order to settle this problem, we should speed up the reform of the related systems, guide people in urban areas to change the traditional concept, correctly understand workers’ contribution and improve their quality.
