曲美他嗪改善急性冠状动脉综合征患者心功能的临床研究
摘要
治疗缺血性心脏病不仅要应用改善血流动力学药物(硝酸醋类、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、钙通道阻滞剂、β受体阻滞剂等)和去除病因、诱因,而且要改善心肌缺血时的异常代谢状况,优化心肌能量代谢途径[1]。曲美他嗪是第一个应用于治疗冠心病的代谢类药物,己取得良好的治疗心绞痛效果[2,3],然而对急性冠状动脉综合征的疗效少见报道。为此,我们探讨该药对急性冠状动脉综合征心功能的影响。
