This paper introduces authentication procedure of ASM'EU', expatiates the questions about design and manufacture in the process of ASM'EU', and describes the difference on calculation between welding coefficient and welding joint coefficient. It also expounds some questions which designing engineer shall notice while be in United Inspection.
