介绍风险评估及主要方法的应用,通过广西北海港口案例分析,比较定性和定量风险评估方法的优缺点。
This paper introduces what are the risk assessment methodologies and how to apply them.Specifically,it compares the advantages and disadvantages of qualitative and quantitative methodologies based on Beihai port case study.
