摘要
研究定性、定量风险评估的各自特点和适用范围,通过对典型的定性和定量风险评估方法的比较,分析典型定性和定量风险评估方法在实际应用中的优缺点,提出如何选择风险评估方法的建议,最后举例阐述定性和定量风险分析在中国海上油船过驳开展风险评估所应用的方法和步骤。
Study of the respective characteristics and the application scope of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment,an analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of some typical qualitative and quantitative methods used in real application through the comparison of these methods,and a proposal on how to select the right risk assessment methods,then finally a example of the applied qualitative and quantitative methods and procedures used for the risk assessment of the ship-to-ship oil transfer in China sea.
