摘要
"富国强军"是我们党根据历史经验和时代发展要求作出的科学的战略抉择。科学发展观是实现"富国强军"战略的思想指导。"走出一条中国特色军民融合式发展路子"是实现"富国强军"战略的根本途径。实施"富国强军"战略必须统筹经济建设与国防建设,在全面建设小康社会进程中实现富国和强军的统一。
'Making our country prosperous and our armed forces powerful' is the strategic choice made by the Party based on the historic experience and the development demand of the age.The Outlook of Scientific Development provides the ideological guidance of implementing this strategy.And the fundamental approach to implementing'Making our country prosperous and our armed forces powerful'strategy is to 'take the road of Chinese characteristic development of integrating the Army into the populace'.Both economic development and national defense development must be taken into consideration to 'make our country prosperous and our armed forces powerful' while building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
