摘要
以认知心理学概念结构表征的两种理论"特征表说"和"原型说"为理论基础,结合记忆理论中的"表象编码"和"语义编码"说,设计研究方案。从动作概念特殊性的两种表现形式入手,以太极拳作为实验动作,进行实验研究,考查各组被试主、客体动作概念学习和完整动作概念学习对运动技能保持的作用。实验研究表明:主体动作概念和客体动作概念的学习组运动技能保持优于控制组;完整动作概念学习组运动技能保持优于主体动作概念、客体动作概念学习组。研究结果将对体育教学和运动训练具有一定的指导意义。
This essay begins from the two forms of expression of specific characteristics of action conception,lays the theory foundation of cognitive psychology and the two theories of structure token-feature list theory and prototype theory,combines 'presentation code' and 'semantic code' in memory theory,taking Shadowboxing as my experiment action,I designed an experimental research scheme.In the experiment,there are three experimental groups and one control group in the test.When I analyzed the holding results of motor skill between the experimental group and the control group after study one week,I found there is a big difference between the nesting learners and other learners,Physical education will surely benefit from my results.
