摘要 目的 :研究rhIL -2对瘢痕成纤维细胞生物学行为的影响以及与病理改变的关系 ,以探讨细胞因子对瘢痕的作用机理 .方法 :应用rhIL -2对大鼠动物创伤模型进行体内实验 ,采用Mallory胶原纤维染色、透射电镜等方法进行观察、分析 .结果 :rhIL-2促进成纤维细胞的生长增殖 ,刺激胶原纤维的合成、增生和沉积 .结论 :作为成纤维细胞正性调节因子 ,rhIL -2在创伤早期有利于伤口愈合 ,但过度作用可能导致瘢痕的形成和增生 . Objective:To investigate the rhIL-2 and their effects on biological behavior and pathological changes of uletic fibroblasts and to investigate the cytokine mechanism to disclose hypertrophic scars.Methods:Observed and analyzed were fibroblasts of Wistar rat injury models in vito by Mallorys staining and transmission elextron microscope (TEM).Then determined were the rhIL-2 effects of biological behavior and pathological changes on hypertrophic scar fibroblasts.Results:The rhIL-2 group could enhance the fibroblast growth,stimulate the collagen synthesizing,secreting and accumulating.Conclusions:The rhIL-2 can increase the growth and proliferation of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts and can also stimulate the collagen synthesizing,secreting and accumulating.As a positive modulation factor,the rhIL-2 is beneficial for wound healing at early stage of injury.If it acts excessively,however,it may lead to hypertrophic scar forming.
