摘要
以某施威德勒型单层球面网壳采光顶为例,建立了其计算模型。首先利用通用的有限元分析软件An-sys对其进行弹性屈曲分析,得到原设计方案的前三阶弹性屈曲临界荷载。然后将特征值屈曲分析的一阶模态作为初始缺陷,采用几何非线性屈曲分析得到非线性屈曲荷载。最后在非线性屈曲分析结果的基础上对原方案进行了优化设计,计算结论对工程设计有参考价值。
In this paper,a computing model of a Schwedler spherical reticulated shell(SSRS) is constructed.Firstly,based the software ANSYS,an elastic buckling analysis on SSRS is carried out,and the first three critical loads of the original design project are obtained.Secondly,with the first mode of eigenvalue analysis on SSRS as the initial disfigurement,nonlinear buckling loads are obtained by nonlinear buckling analysis.Lastly,an optimum design is presented as a result of the nonlinear buckling analysis on SSRS,and some conclusion can be used in engineering design.
