中国荷斯坦牛血液与乳液中尿素氮浓度的关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过饲喂中国荷斯坦牛等能量不同蛋白质水平以及等蛋白质水平不同蛋白质降解率的日粮,收集乳牛的血样和乳样,测定血浆和乳液中乳尿素氮的浓度,来研究二者之间的关系。结果表明,血浆尿素氮浓度均高于乳液尿素氮浓度,并且二者间存在显著的线性相关关系,其回归方程为:乳尿素氮(mg/dL)=血浆尿素氮浓度(mg/dL)×0.83+0.88(R2=0.90,P<0.001)。
