摘要
雅典是古代希腊城邦文明的典型。到古典时期,雅典已经发展出比较完备的古代民主制度。本文通过对古典时期雅典的六种惩罚类型——死刑、不受法律保护、流放、监禁、没收财产(财产充公)、罚金——的梳理,以认识古典时期雅典法律制度中的惩罚体系的具体构成情况。
Athens typifies the city-state civilization of ancient Greece.Till the classical period Athens had developed a relatively complete system of ancient democracy.This article sorts out the six types of punishment during the classical period in Athens:death penalty,no protection by law,exile,imprisonment,confiscation of property(property confiscated)and fine,in order to understand the specific composition of punishment system in Athenian legal systems during the classical period.
