摘要
贯彻党的十七大精神,完善体现科学发展观要求的干部考核评价体系,就要从当前干部考核评价的现实问题出发,不断创新领导干部考核评价机制。一是建立规范化的绩效考评制度;二是完善干部定性与定量分析考评办法;三是建立绩效考核评价的信息收集制度;四是建立党政领导干部人才资源开发制度;五是建立党政领导干部绩效细节测评委托评定制度;六是建立绩效考评的评估制度;七是建立科学的考评结果运用制度。
In order to carry out the spirit of the 17th Congress of Communist Party of China and consummate the appraisal system of cadres,it is necessary to innovate the appraisal mechanism of the leading cadres constantly according to the problem.Firstly,we must establish the standardized system of achievements examination;Secondly,we must consummate means of qualitative and quantitative analysis;Thirdly,we must establish the appraisal system for collecting information;Fourthly,we must establish the system of talented person's development;Fifthly,we must establish the appraisal system about the details of achievements;Sixthly,we must establish the appraisal system of the achievements examination;lastly,we must establish a scientific system about the applying of the results of the achievements examination.
