摘要
社会法不同于既有的私法和公法。社会法的存在是为了协调解决基本社会问题。社会法跨越公私两域。社会法有自己的调整对象、特有的原则和特有的体系。
Social law is different from the existing private law and public law.Existence of Social law is to coordinate the resolution of fundamental social issues.Social law covers both public and private domains.Social law has its own adjusted objects,special principles and unique system.
