The focal point of the matter of the people's livelihood is not needed to be excessively studied and propagated but to be dealed with. The situation of people's livelihood ought not to be kept on going generally but to be improved directly. Dealing with the matter of people's livelihood ought not to be accomplished the whole task at one stroke but ought to be had the lasting metal preparation and to be had conducting plan. Dealing with the matter of people's livelihood ought not to be opposed to the achievements in the cadre's official career but ought to be unified. It ought not to be absorbed in getting instant results but ought to guiding the masses to plan and prepare or to manage to deal with the matter of people's livelihood.
