摘要
民营上市公司在证券市场中的地位越来越重要,充分认识民营企业上市的现状、了解民营企业上市的背景和历程,对相关政策的制定以及对民营上市公司的进一步研究具有重要的指导意义。本文首先分析了我国民营上市公司的现状,然后从民营经济、证券市场、政府对民企上市态度三个角度回顾了民营企业的上市历程,最后对我国民营企业偏好借壳上市的原因进行了探析。
Private listed Companies are playing a more and more important role in the security market.Having full information about the status of private listed enterprises,background and history of private enterprise gone public can offer an important guidance for making policy and the further study of the private listed companies.This paper first analyses the current status of the Private listed Companies,then reviews the history of the private enterprise going public from the viewpoint of private economy,security market,the Government's attitude towards private enterprises' going public and finally investigates the reason why in china private company prefers to go public indirectly.
