摘要
本文主要介绍一种绝缘线路接地线快速悬挂工具的开发与应用,利用该工具不仅可以解决配电网绝缘线路检修时接地线悬挂难题;而且还可以方便地进行配电网"带电T接引线"作业。极大地降低工作人员的安全风险和劳动强度,极具推广价值。
This paper mainly introduces the development and implement of a kind of instrument which can hang up insulted grounding circuitry quickly. This instrument helps us to solve the problems of hanging insulted grounding circuitry when checking distribution network. What’s more,it also makes it convenient to operate on connecting down- lead,and reduce worker’s risk and labor intensity. Therefore,it’s valuable to extend this instrument.
