激光路况检测设备测量稳定性实验分析

Study on Measurement Stability Analysis of Laser Road Equipment

摘要 为加强公路养护管理工作,科学评定公路技术状况和服务水平,激光路况快速检测设备已成为目前大力推广的路用快速检测仪器。这类仪器具有快速、高效、操作安全和不影响车辆正常通行等优点,但是其测量结果稳定性差别较大。本研究通过普通道路和专用试验道路对指定激光路况检测设备的测试稳定性从平整度、路表断面构造深度及车辙三个角度进行了数据比对分析,论证了激光检测适用性,提出了提高设备检测可靠性的建议和方法。 To strengthen the management of road maintenance and evaluate road technology condition and serviceability,laser equipment has become vigorously promoted.This kind of equipment has many merits such as fast,efficient,safe operation, without affecting the normal passage of vehicles,and so on.But the measurement results vary greatly with the testing equipment configuration,sensor type,sensor quantity and sensor location.This study analyzed the stability of the laser test data obtained from the and special test mad smoothness,surface mean texture depth and rutting depth,discussed the laser device's applicability for the site test and gave some advice to improve the reliability of testing equipment.
