摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,政府知识管理作为一种新的管理理念和管理模式,逐步得到很多国家的认可和实施。组织文化是决定知识管理成功与否的关键性因素,政府知识管理的顺利实施以及实施效果必然会受到组织文化的影响。本文阐述了知识管理、组织文化相关理论,探讨了知识管理同组织文化之间的关系,提出了与政府知识管理相适应的组织文化特征,分析了政府知识管理下的组织文化构建途径。
With the coming of knowledge economy age,the management of government knowledge has been recognized and implemented gradually as a new management concept and model in many countries.Organizational culture is the key factor of success.And the management of government knowledge will inevitably be affected by organizational culture on the implementation and pratice efficiency.In this paper,the author explores some related theories of knowledge management,organizational culture,and discusses the relation of organizational culture and knowledge management.The thesis also Analyzes on the method of constructing organizational culture under the management of government knowledge.
