颈部微创小切口甲状腺叶切除术的应用

摘要 目的:探讨采用颈部微创小切口甲状腺叶切除术的可行性。方法:对21例甲状腺肿块使用超声刀行颈部微创小切口(2~4cm)甲状腺叶切除术。结果:21例手术均顺利完成,行单侧甲状腺部分切除术14例,单侧甲状腺次全切除术5例,双侧甲状腺次全切除术2例。手术切口平均长度3.5cm(2~4cm),平均手术时间50 min(30~75 min),术中出血量均【10ml。术后均未出现饮水呛咳、声音嘶哑、呼吸困难及手足抽搐等症状。术后平均住院时间4d(3~5d)。结论:颈部微创小切口甲状腺切除术是可行的、安全的,而且具有一定的美容效果。 Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of thyroidectomy with minimally invasive small incision on the neck.Methods A total of 21 patients underwent thyroidectomy with minimally invasive small incision on the neck(2~4 cm in incision at length)with ultrasonic scalpe1.Results All operations including unilateral partial thyroidectomy(n=14),unilateral subtotal thyroidectomy(n=5) and bilateral subtotal thyroidectomy(n=2)were completed successfully.The mean operation time was 50 minutes(range,30~75 minutes).The intraoperative blood loss was less than 10 ml.No complications occured.The mean postoperative hospital stay was 4days(range,3~5 days).Conclusion:The thyroidectomy with minimally invasive small incision on the neckis feasible and safe effects.
