自由水面多泵运行模拟方法研究

摘要 模拟了一口施工废井改造为集水井后的流动进程.采用流体体积(VOF)方法,并将VOF模型应用于实际工程,模拟不同水泵机组运行台数、水泵机组布置形式以及水泵吸水口安装高度对进水池内水流流动的影响.研究表明,VOF模型可以用于这类具有自由水表面的集水井流动,并且得到了实验工况下的井水在据表面深度0.6m处的速度矢量分布,横向速度云图,以及纵向速度云图.模拟结果表明:井内等压线不水平. The fluid flow in a Water Collecting Well adapted from an underground water channel working shaft was simulated.The Volume of Fluid(VOF) method was introduced to build up a numerical model for the practical project,and the influence of the operating pumps number,the pump arrangement form and the pump installation height on the flow regime in the sump was simulated.The field operation demonstrated that VOF was adaptive in simulating the fluid flow in this kind of Water Collecting Well with free surface.The speed vector factors at the depth of 0.6m and the velocity distributions at the horizontal and vertical direction were presented,which show that the isopiestic line is not horizontal in the well.
